　　日前，全球化智庫(kù)(CCG)在北京總部舉辦《軟實(shí)力與中美競(jìng)合》圖書發(fā)布會(huì)，會(huì)上發(fā)布了美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)肯尼迪政府學(xué)院前院長(zhǎng)約瑟夫·奈(Joseph Nye)教授的新作《軟實(shí)力與中美競(jìng)合》。約瑟夫·奈指出，軟實(shí)力有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的一面，也有合作的一面。當(dāng)中美兩國(guó)彼此吸引的時(shí)候，就找到了增強(qiáng)彼此間合作的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。

　　On April 28, Professor Joseph Nye's new book, Soft Power and Great-Power Competition: Shifting Sands in the Balance of Power between the United States and China, was released at Central for China & Globalization(CCG)in Beijing.　There is a competitive aspect of soft power, but there can also be a cooperative aspect of soft power, said Joseph Nye, former Dean of the Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, USA. He also noted that when China feels more attracted to the U.S. and the U.S. feels more attracted to China, and that's the thing that will enhance each other's ability to cooperate.
