　　2024年世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會烏鎮(zhèn)峰會于近日在浙江烏鎮(zhèn)舉辦。“入網(wǎng)”30年，中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)了高速發(fā)展。圍繞互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展如何滲入中國鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)，縮小城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展差距等話題，清華大學(xué)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研究中心主任，清華大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院教授陳勁近日做客“東西問·中外對話”時指出，當(dāng)前中國的網(wǎng)民數(shù)量位居全球第一，其互聯(lián)網(wǎng)接入率也居于世界領(lǐng)先地位。通過將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用至中國鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)，有利于賦能鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，縮小城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展差距。(薛凌橋)

　　The 2024 World Internet Conference (WIC) Wuzhen Summit was held in Wuzhen, east China's Zhejiang Province. Over the past 30 years of full access to the Internet, China's online industry has achieved rapid development.

　　Speaking on topics of the penetration of Internet in China's rural areas and the narrowing gap between urban and rural regions, Chen Jing, director of Research Center for Technology Innovation and professor at School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, pointed out in the latest W.E. Talk that China now has the largest population of Internet users in the world, and the country's Internet access rate also leads the world. By expanding applications of Internet in rural areas, China can empower its economic development and narrow the development gap between China's urban and rural regions. (Xue Lingqiao)
